Bonuses do not need to be purchased in order(i.e. you don't need to have Rookie Lvl 1 in order to purchaseRookie Lvl 2, but you can not go back in buy purchase Rookie Lvl 1 if you purchased Rookie Lvl 2 first. So in other words, no purchasing in reverse order unless stated by the GM), but by purchasing them all, they will give your character added bonuses and advantages. Also a character can only purchase from the level that the character is.(i.e. If you are a Rookie - you can't purchase anything from Experienced or Veteran, or your character is Experienced - you can't purchase anything from Rookie or Veteran) Now bonuses will vary in the amount of HPs needed to the next level. (See Table Below)
